Welcome to ProxLock. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProxLock platform, including our website, dashboard, API proxy infrastructure, and documentation (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ProxLock is a secure API proxy management platform designed to protect your sensitive credentials. We provide:
We are dedicated to providing a highly reliable service. Our infrastructure is built to scale and handle production workloads securely. We actively monitor our systems and provide support to our users to ensure the continued security and operation of the Services.
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account via the ProxLock Dashboard. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. ProxLock reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities.
As a user of ProxLock, you agree to:
ProxLock maintains several components of its platform as Open Source Software to promote transparency and community examination. Your use of these open-source repositories (including the Backend, Frontend, and Landing repositories) is governed by the terms of the MIT Expat License found in the respective License files of those repositories.
Please Note: While the hosted ProxLock Service (the managed SaaS offering) comes with our commitment to reliability and support as described in Section 1.2, the Open Source Software distribution itself is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ProxLock assumes no liability in connection with your independent deployment, modification, or use of the open-source code.
Certain components of the ProxLock ecosystem, including the Admin-Dashboard and specific Enterprise-Exclusive Backend extensions, are protected under the ProxLock Enterprise Exclusive License. These components are strictly for use with a valid ProxLock Enterprise Subscription and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxLock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, ProxLock is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers or the downstream APIs you choose to proxy.
We may modify these Terms periodically. We will provide notice of significant changes through the ProxLock Dashboard or via the email associated with your account. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have any questions, concerns, or require support regarding these Terms or the Services, please contact us at tos@proxlock.dev.
